1. Who processes the data
The operator of the VProfi platform is VProfi HR-TECH Digital Platform LLP, BIN 200940017305, Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty, 105 Dostyk Avenue, office 721. Contact for personal data matters: info@vprofi.kz.
The staffing agency a specialist has joined acts as an independent controller for its own functions: settlements, taxes and remuneration records of its specialists.
2. What data and why

3. Legal basis
User consent given when accepting the offer agreement in the app, and performance of the contract. Special-category data is processed only on separate explicit consent. Legal basis: Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 "On Personal Data and Their Protection". Visitors to vprofi.kz consent to the collection of visit statistics by continuing to use the site with cookies enabled; you can opt out at any time — see section 4.
4. Where data is stored
On servers located in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The service uses processors: push notification service (Firebase Cloud Messaging), e-mail delivery service (Brevo), SMS provider (Mobizon). They receive the minimum necessary: device identifier, e-mail address, phone number. Clearance document data is not shared with third parties.
Visit statistics for vprofi.kz are collected by Yandex Metrica. The processor is YANDEX LLC (Russia, Moscow, 16 Lva Tolstogo St.): data is transferred to it under the service terms and processed under Yandex’s privacy policy. This is a cross-border transfer of data to the Russian Federation. It applies only to the website: the app and the web cabinet do not use Yandex Metrica. You can opt out by disabling cookies in your browser or by installing the Yandex Metrica Blocker browser extension.
5. Who can see the data
- Clients — the name, photo, rating and document-check status of a specialist assigned to their shift; the phone number only for the duration of the shift.
- Agencies — data of their own specialists needed for formalities and payouts.
- The platform operator — for document verification, support and dispute resolution.
6. Retention
Data is processed while the agreement is in force and retained afterwards for the periods set by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for primary accounting and tax documents. Shift chat messages are deleted 30 days after the shift ends. Clearance document files are deleted after they expire and are replaced.
7. Your rights
- Learn what data about you is processed and correct it in Settings.
- Withdraw consent. For a specialist, withdrawal means services can no longer be provided through the platform, because document verification is required for clearance.
- Delete your account: Settings → Delete account in the app, or by e-mail to info@vprofi.kz from the phone number used at registration. Access is closed immediately; data that must be kept by law (settlements, acts, invoices) is retained for the statutory period and then deleted or anonymised. 8. Security
Data is transmitted only over secure connections (HTTPS). IIN, document numbers and bank details are stored encrypted. Access to clearance document content is limited to the specialist, the verifying staff member of their agency and an authorised representative of the operator. App access is protected by a PIN code or device biometrics.
9. Users under 18
The service is intended for persons over 18. Registration of minors is not permitted.
10. Changes to this policy
A new version is published on this page; users are notified in the app of material changes. Continued use of the service after publication means acceptance of the new version.
