Shift staff · hotels, restaurants, retail

You see who showed up and how long they worked

You post a shift — and vetted specialists from partner staffing agencies arrive at your site. Arrivals and departures are recorded on site, so the report and the invoice carry the actual hours, not what someone tells you after the shift.

Almaty. Other cities on request.

In short

You see who is on site

Who has started, who is running late, who is missing. Not in the evening — right now.

Vetted people arrive

Identity and clearance to work are confirmed before the shift begins.

Hours under control

If someone leaves early, you see it and confirm yourself how much of the work to accept.

Shift

From request to a closed period

Four steps — and the platform handles three of them without you.

Step 1

You create a shift

Role, site, date and time, how many people and which class. The hourly rate is known before you publish.

Step 2

Specialists take the shift

The request is filled by vetted people from partner agencies. If a request is not being filled, you see it in the dashboard straight away — with no calls from your side.

Step 3

You watch the shift live

Specialists check in on site: the dashboard shows who arrived, at what time and who is still working.

Step 4

You close the period

Hours from the shifts flow straight into your invoices and closing documents. Nothing to compile from timesheets, nothing to reconcile by hand.

Tasks

Six things that stop being your concern

Hotel, restaurant, store, cleaning — the sites differ, but the problems with shift staff are the same.

Hotels

They confirmed the shift and never came — an hour before a group check-in.

No request goes quiet on you

The shift status is visible from the first minute: how many people have already confirmed and how many places are still being filled. If a request is not being filled, you see it in the dashboard straight away — not from your guests.

Restaurants

Someone nobody here has seen before walks onto the floor.

You know in advance who is coming

Before the shift, the specialist goes through a check: identity and clearance to work are confirmed. The shift card shows exactly who is coming, their class and their ratings from past shifts.

Cleaning

The timesheet says eight hours, but the person left right after lunch.

You pay for what actually happened

Arrivals and departures are recorded at the site itself. If someone leaves noticeably early, you confirm yourself how much of the work to accept — and that is what goes on the invoice.

Retail

How many hours were really worked is counted from memory and taken on trust.

No reconstructing the hours afterwards

The shift is visible as it happens: who has started and who is still on site. The hours are already counted and sitting in the report.

Café chains

End of the month: hours, closing documents and invoices are reconciled by hand for a week.

Your closing documents build themselves

The closing documents are built from the same shifts you watched in the dashboard. There is nothing to post or reconcile by hand, and there is an Excel export.

Warehousing and logistics

People are kept on staff in reserve for the peaks. In a quiet week they sit idle.

You only pay for people who turned up

Your core team stays on payroll and the peaks are covered by shifts — you only incur a cost when someone has actually turned up on site.

Level

Four classes of specialists

A class is confirmed experience on the platform plus client ratings. You pick the class when creating a shift and see the hourly rate before you publish — it does not change once the shift is created.

Basic

A vetted specialist just starting out on the platform. For routine tasks in a team where someone can guide them.

Experienced

Has already worked shifts with good ratings. Gets going without lengthy explanations.

Professional

Consistently high client ratings. For demanding areas and the high season.

Master

The highest rated. Banquets, openings, peak days — anywhere mistakes are not an option.

A class is built from hours worked on the platform or confirmed by a platform check, and client ratings hold it there: if they drop, the class goes down. It is not the specialist's own assessment.

Questions

What people usually ask

What kinds of sites and roles is this suitable for?
Anywhere work runs in shifts and people have to be added to match the load: hotels and serviced apartments, restaurants, cafés and banquet venues, stores and shopping centres, cleaning companies, warehouses and events. Roles — housekeepers, waiters, cooks, dishwashers, cleaners, laundry staff, cloakroom attendants. Don't see the role you need? Write to us — we add roles on request.
How is this different from an ordinary staffing agency?
The people are still supplied by agencies — we do not replace them. The difference is that the request, the selection, the on-site check-ins, the hours and the closing documents all live in one dashboard: no back-and-forth with a manager and no putting it together yourself.
How quickly do you find people? And what if nobody turns up?
We do not promise a guaranteed turnaround — a lot depends on the city, the role and the time of day. But you are not waiting on a manager's reply: the shift status is visible from the start, and if a request is not being filled, you learn it from the dashboard rather than after the fact. You do not pay for a shift that did not happen.
What do I get in terms of paperwork?
Closing documents for the services provided: a certificate and an invoice built from the same hours you watched in the dashboard. No paperwork on your side.
How do I know the hours are real?
Arrivals and departures are recorded at the site itself, not filled in after the fact. You see this in the dashboard during the shift, and disputed cases — for example, when someone left early — you confirm yourself: the invoice carries the hours you accepted.
How much does it cost?
You see the hourly rate for the chosen class before the shift is published, and it does not change once the shift is created. We will send the rates for your roles and your site in response to a request.
What does it take to get started?
Write to us on WhatsApp: we will connect your site and show you the dashboard. Clients need no app — everything is visible in a browser on a computer. For now we send the mobile app out directly; it will appear in the App Store and Google Play later.

Start with a single shift

No need to rebuild your staff or take on long commitments. Take the next shift you have to cover anyway — and see how it looks in the dashboard.
